Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility: You may return items within 5 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, such as used, not their original conditions and tags not attached.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be adjusted in your next purchase within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement at no cost.

 

Cancellations

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this period, the order may have already been processed and shipped.
